Weird. But cool. I wonder what TF myths they're gonna try to tackle! That said, I miss Grant, Kari, and Tory. The show doesn't feel the same without the trio playing the subplot/team B. The recent Indiana Jones episode was neat but it needed something break up an hour of just Jamie and Adam.

 

Wow, I didn't even realize Mythbusters was still a thing. Interesting.

dude.. there are only so many myths and urban legends that can be tested.

i like it when they try to replicate what is shown in movies and tv shows.. and if they can't, i like knowing what it would take.

it's a shame that they got rid of tori kari and grant and have seemingly tried to go in a "cool and hip" direction which i really don't think works very well.

i'll still watch the show. but it's just missing something these days.

 

Mythbusters, Transformers are not real it is a fictionalized race. Where is the mythos in that?

Oh, the show ran out of proper source material years ago. It's kind of amazing that it's lasted this long on just host charisma and science hijinks. Still, it manages to be entertaining any time I manage to catch an episode.

But Transformers is a little out there. Expect lots of cars getting destroyed.

 

I really miss the three busters they let go. But still, I'll keep watching as long as it's on.

 

Oh yeah, me and all the guys at work talk about whether it's possible to turn a car into a bike, we definitely need to know the answer to that one  

I may end up watching just to see how they try to explain why they're doing a test like this in the first place.

 

Right!? Been wondering this my WHOLE life, too! And constantly get into debates about it.

I have a feeling one of these guys (or someone they know) just wants to try it for some inane reason, build it, then say "confirmed". It really has nothing to do with Transformers and is more about something simply transforming in general.

 

Exactly. The show should've ended years ago.

Tory was alright, can definitely live without Grant.

I STILL miss Scottie.
