Well, here he is, totally finished. Beware, lots of pics ahead!

For anyone who may have missed the WIP thread, or just don't remember, Jazz was created using the torso, arms and head from Alternator Jazz, Taimya's 1/24 Martini Porsche 935 Turbo kit, and Bandai's MG RX-78-3 G3 Gundam Ver 2.0 kit for most of the legs, the skirt, hands and gun, and whole lotta styrene.

Jazz was painted using Tamiya Pure White spray, Model Master Semi-Gloss Black, Krylon Silver, and a dark gunmetal mix of my own for knee joints and vents. Additional small details were done in Tamiya Silver and Clear Red, Blue and Yellow. The chrome accents were done using Bare-Metal Foil, and the decals were all provided with the kit.

I'm going to spread the pics out in multiple posts.

**Make sure to check out all the extra thumbnailed pics too!**

    Transformation:

Start by unpegging the roof from the rear windows, then seperate the rear halves
    [IMG]

Open doors, fold seats forward slightly, and begin to unfold legs at the knee(right leg has been mostly transformed already, see below for left leg)

    Straighten out the knee:

Unfold, and clip heal parts together, then slide rear window into the foot:

Swing shin/foot part open, and rotate entire foot assembly around
    [IMG]

Close shin and swing foot down into place and peg.

The rest is pretty much the same as Alt Jazz, except the skirt/waist panels need to be folded into place.

During the hood placement, Jazz's head needs to turn sideways so his horns fit. Also, the part of his hood attached to the windsheild will fold down.

I love this Jazz! I think that this may be my favorite custom.... EVER!!! He's sheer perfection! Watching you make him made me realize/remember that I totally freakin' love Jazz!! It also got me really excited to finish my classics-style prowl Jazz I started last summer. Are you going to send your pictures to the customs gallery so I don't have search for this thread anytime I want to drool over him?

Ooooooo. I love the comparison shots. I think he fits in really well scale wise with the other MP figures. Man, I want this guy. I really need to get the other MP figures too.

It is amazing that talent like this doesn't work for HASBRO. If they had any sense they would be mining radicons like west virginia. Great work man, rats off to ya!

Said it before - just brilliant. You've outdone yourself this time, superb work. Love the proportions & the amount of articulation you've put in to this, just as much attention to detail there as with the finish and the decals. Excellent.

Are you crapping me! That is amazing. The only way it could ever be better is if it played music and walked around by itself. Holy smokes. I remember seeing WIP pics a while back, but.....:::speechless:::...
