I made this a while back, and just felt like actually sharing it with peeps.

I took him completely apart, removes his backpack and ice bits. Added a new chestpiece and repainted him head to toe

When I made him I was flat broke and couldnt even afford undercoat spray, so I undercoated him completely by hand!

Any comments and critique welcomed. And if interested, both Megatrons in the photos are for sale.

Needs a little more paint and I think it's great, just the hands in particular, lil stuff. The silver looks nice. Also if you want a cheap solution to his chest, get a junker FAB Megatron and use his chest, they're dirt cheap

I'd never thought of that for the chest. Not a bad idea!

Also, I left the hands unpainted due to the fear of paint rub. any advice on how I can keep the paint from coming off if I were to paint the hands?

    Awesome!

you could first lightly sand them, paint them or just drop a wash or two, then dry brush...or sand them a bit more than the before mentioned option, then paint them, then seal them with some super glue.
