thats pretty sweet doobage
Totally insane!!!! Love the real working flamethrower!
You just need some marshmallows to complete the set-up. Is the flame thrower refillable??
Woah.... thanks for the awesome response! I guess real-working flame throwers are your thing! I'm glad to bring something different to customizing
Thanks for all the kind comments - Algeron, bad karma 99, frenzy_rumble, andreyOfDoom, MAIDEN JAPAN, SPLIT LIP, anabolik1, OldsCut78, Solrac333, me!!, wylungz, pantherfan1, blobatron, tobuttica, Slimaximus, Mechafire, Hype1, silenth, KINGBOTZ, trex5000, mrfang2, The Veteran, OmarJT82, Paxtin, Mr. Sparklebot, imoff2186, K.B. Hewett, cheetor71, plowking, overbeast.inc, spoonman, mampy, Triceradon, Iron Core and Hotwire!
ALPHAMAGNUS - The figure is well insulated from the heat of the flame thower so its all cool... Except for whatever the flame thrower blaster is aimed at.
fakebuster83 - Once Armor, always Armor. 40SAR enlisted 1993. SG Armor guys would really appreciate the camo design, just like the old No. 4 uniform + the 0.5 with ammo box... haha
Satomiblood, fateastray, StuntPrime35 - I just so happen to have a MP Megatron MISB... You have started me thinking. I've a few ideas...
Sabrina - Without giving away too much, refills are required but probably not in the way you think. This does not use gas or liquids which makes it safe (relatively). It is still considered a pyrotechnic so is dangerous. Looking for marshmallows now.
Thanks everyone again!
The flame thrower is entirely self-contained within the blaster, save the electrical wires leading to the battery pack. The micro-switch on the battery pack itself activates the flame thrower.
Maximum distance I have thrown a flame with this has been about 12ft (4m). When I shot the video, it went completely off frame and I did not have the space to go for a much wider shot so did not include it in the demo video.
You were from 40 too huh. I'm 40SAR 2003 batch...Great to hear from one of the fellows
YEEESS do the MP Megatron please...Seeing that you completed the Prime in 2 weeks, I have faith this will be no problem for you.
@fakebusker83 - More accurately 2 months of planning - 2 weeks of fabrication + I'm on a break now so had the time.
We'll see what happens... ;-)
holy crap i just saw the video for the flame thrower.. u are effffin crazy lol. love the other gun add on's too!
Sick job, Man.
Love the guns and working flame thrower. My question to you is, how much fuel does the thrower have?
@RIDUltraMagnus - Thanks. It does not run or fuel or gas.
For those who were interested, I've uploaded larger photos onto flickr. You can see closer details of the "Jungle Camo" Prime as well as my "Old School" Prime there.

WTF!!!!!!!! DOOOOOOOD! That is all kinds of badassary. LOve everything about this. My only bitch are the windows, If I had to pick something out. AWESOME! That flame thrwer is....great.
Holy shit how did you make that flame thrower, YOu created a monster
..in mortalkombat scorpions voice...."toasty"!!!!
Though I respect all your work - I really wish people would not keep overpainting clear windows it never ever looks better than leaving them clear would.
That is freaking awesome. that flame thrower is amazing too
nice job. looks awesome
Wow. Flame. Thrower. Two words that when put together just about equal 'Chuck Norris' in comparison. The camo blends well, as does the armament. Combine that with an already well articulated figure, and it's pure awesomesauce.
AHHHH HA HA HA HA HA!!!!! I was thinking something along the lines of a cigarette lighter! The giant chasm between what it actually does what I was expecting is God damn hilarious!
Best. Custom. Weapon. EVAR!!!!!
you just took it to a whole other level
the paint job looks amazing
the flame thrower is the shit !!
