URmm.. Firefox issue

Using Firefox 1.5.0.4

My browser window is all sorts of screwed up and it's like that on every page I go to on the site. I've attached an example.

In IE it looks fine. It's just my copy of Firefox doing this.

Hmm, I'm using Firefox and that's never happened to me. I'm on an older version, though.
Is it an ongoing thing or has it suddenly started happening? Either way, try deleting your cache / internet temp files and cookies and see if that does anything for its demeanor.

No problems here, with either Firefox OR Firefox 64 (which is awesomely named "Deer Park Alpha").

I've been using the 64-bit version in some form for ages. I love it, except for the complete lack of Flash support.

That is rather annoying, yes. However, my 3D & video editing apps run like sh*t off a shovel on XP64, so I can live without Flash easily enough. If I want to browse I can always boot up XP32 instead.

If you're using XP64, you could just use the 32-bit version of Firefox for Flash stuff. XP64's ability to run 32-bit apps is a double-edged sword though. Since everyone on Windows can run 32-bit programs just fine, fewer programs get ported to 64-bit.

I got fed up with that, inferior drivers for some of my hardware, and I didn't want two versions of XP on one machine, so now I have 32-bit XP for normal use, and a 64-bit Linux partition for a few specific things. It sucks that 64-bit Linux doesn't readily run 32-bit software, but it's VERY nice to have nearly everything available in 64-bit for a change.
