Dear Seller, if you're reading this... Please use a better camera in taking pics of these figures that are worth hundreds/thousands of dollars. Or maybe just use a lamp...

"Pedo" is my first thought each time I've seen that guy Steve on the show. I can't be the only person to think that.

I actually picked up a some of them from him before they went on eBay. Here is a pic of the pink car. I think this is the first time we've seen it painted and in robot mode. Couldn't get a good pic of it though, camera wouldn't focus on the white.

Painted Jeep. Same thing, I think it was the first time we've seen a painted version. Just picked this one up yesterday, got it from my friend who got it from the same seller about 6 months back.

Very cool. We had the set of 6 years ago, but all were unpainted. First time I've seen the jeep colored!

I was going to try to take a pic of Hound in robot mode, but I can't move the hood and I'm worried if I apply anymore force, I'm going to break it.

Could you take a pic of the underside so we can see Hound's head?

The head is covered by the double hinge. You can't see it unless the hood is folded down.

The eBay seller I think is Steve Savino of Toy Hunter. I saw these TFs at the ToyCon this past weekend. Some of the other stuff listed looks like items I saw on his table too.

I wish I could have bought them right then and there. :(

Give or take $50, the numbers sound about right.

Prices have gone up quite a bit since they were first listed. I believe they were all 150 BIN, even the painted rumble was that much and someone decided to place a bid on it and it ended for 650 iirc

If some one bid on that auction instead of just dropping 150 for the bin, they are an idiot.

The painted pinkish car was shown at a Japanese Toy Fair some 18 years ago. On a mock up card no less...

Yeah I remember hearing that, but I don't think we've ever seen the painted one in robot mode, unless I am mistaken. Also I don't think we've ever seen the Jeep painted until now. Could be wrong, hard to remember what was on the internet 18 years ago lol

Actually, that picture was in Tomart's Action Figure Digest, in their coverage of the Japanese Toy Fair. I'll see if I can dig that issue up.

I'm gonna sound like an old fart here, but does anyone else remember when we had to wait on Tomart's and Lee's to cover toy fair to see what was coming out? How things have changed.
