So Megatron is a TF vs Joe universe version of himself. And it sounds as if it's based on the DDP version.

Hmmmm. I wonder. We never saw this mold in that series and the current storyline has Megs in US hands and deactivated. I wonder if this is for an up and comming story.

Then there is the WWI mention of his defeat of Sentinel Prime. Hmmm again.

"Optronix"? Was that the original name of Optimus Prime in War Within? Orion Pax a different continuity? Maybe I feel a "DOH!" moment comming on.:confused2

    heh yeah

Optronix it was in DW's timeline

oh and Hiro Prime, i seem to recall the matrix-wielding cobra commander from Dreamwave's TF/Joe book, not DDP's [plus Don mentioned i think something about it being that megatron here the other day anyways]

still, i'm almost tempted to buy that megs upon reading the bio..but..eh...not tempted that much xD

One thing I thought is worth noting, after seeing the little folding catalog thingy:

the name "Bumblebee", with a little TM by it!

Yay Hasbro! No Classics "Autobot Espionage Agent" for us! :)

Yeah, they got Bumblebee back a few months ago. I think Seibertron mentioned it on their rumors page.

Unfortunately with Hasbro and costs, this is the most likely scenario.

I figure it's going to be G1 Scourge, becuase a) I doubt they'd release Cybertron Scourge again so soon and b) I don't think Hasbro's so lame as to make a WWI Scourge out of WWI Prime. A G1 based Scourge would be awesome! I love the idea of finally having a version of this guy that actually matches his G1 cartoon model.

Titanium Optimal Op sounds freakin' sweet! Hopefully all his modes will translate well into the figure. It's not impossible, but I'm not too sure at that size.

Be interesting to see were Titaniums go after the 6" wave 3. :thumb

Haha, just noticed it now! Way cool nod to its creator.:)

And looking at Megs closely, it has also Don's famous trademark nosebridge!

Both will be mine, yessss. Heck, I might as well plan on getting all if OpOp and Scourge (hopefully g1) are as phenomenal.
