I was looking on a website for some older Hallmark Star Trek Ornaments, and low and behold, what do I run into:

I'm just happy we'll at least get one year without Movie ornaments. The best is still the mini G1 Masterpiece Prime.

Nice looking ornament, but I'll probably pass on this. There's at least one, possibly two Hallmark ornaments coming out this year that I already plan on getting. I'm definitely getting the USS Kelvin, and I'm considering the mini Hogwarts. Also I wouldn't call this "way-to-early-news". The vast majority of Hallmark's ornaments are known about a good ways in advance. Most of this year's catalog was revealed during last year's SDCC, and they're bound to be revealing most of next year's this coming weekend.

I believe that ornament was American Greetings, not Hallmark.

 

Yeah, and judging by the product info on the link, so's this one (Carlton is American Greetings).

I'm hoping to get Hallmark's Family Truckster ornament this year, maybe even the KITT ornament too (I've got the '66 Batmobile, the Ecto-1 and the DeLorean from the last couple years), but that's pretty much it. Nothing else grabbed me in this year's assortment.

 

I'll get it since I basically collect disembodied ornament heads. It looks nice aside form the weird neck bit.

It probably holds Raf's snowball. It is for the Christmas season, after all.

 

Not bad looking but definitely not worth the original price. If it's still around after Christmas then I'll pick one up on sale (at least 50% off) other than that, no way considering it's missing a body...nothing like a glowing and talking head

 

FYI - This is not a Hallmark item, this will be sold by American Greetings if you still happen to have one local anymore.
