    Dispensor!!

What an awesome gig to have. Getting paid to sit around and draw awesome stuff. Damn I wish I was artistic beyond my totally rad farting and burping skills.

Jeez, that Wolverine art almost makes me want to go out and pick up his fig. Almost.

Matere's art style is just so dead on perfect for packaging art.

    My new wallpaper....

I wish someone would ask him why all the Transformers comics look so bad theese days. Not since G:2 have they made a decent looking TF comic

Great interview. I KNEW IT! I knew those Universe packaging hand designs were based on Movie Prime's.

While your thoughts about modern TF comic art are a matter of opinion ;) , I hope you mean Derek Yaniger and Geoff Senior when you're talking about decent G2 art. Manny Galan's work wasn't that great.

I'm the easy to please, it's all awesome type when it comes to transformer art but this guy, Don Figueroa, and bendy metal Andrew Wildman are all time favorites for sure.

I like the art of Geoff Senior, E.J. Su and Nick Roche.

Marcelo comes across as quite the decent guy, though. Big plus there.

That was a very, VERY good interview.

No wonder the Marvel Crossovers rule - a TF artist designed them.

Wow. No wonder I've picked up most of the Marvel TFs... this guy's been so heavily involved in the design process they can't help but rock. :)

Great Interview. I've had the pleasure of sitting down with Marcelo at a few of the conventions and he's always a great, down-to-earth guy. Well worth saying hello to. And for all the collectors out there: He sells original art for very reasonable prices. Very cool guy.
