I heard the design on Voyager is better...

I heard the scaling on Leader is more accurate...

Which one would you pick and are there OTHER reasons besides those two that were stated?

i plan on getting leader, and i have voyager now. i prefer the look of the voyager, but yeah im getting the leader too so he looks big in a lineup. he looks fun too, i just dont care for the over armed look.

At first when I heard about the fact that the Voyager version was about the height of a small deluxe and that they were going to come out with a Leader version... I was going to get the Leader Class one.

However, after seeing that the Voyager Class Bulky is about the right height to do battle with Lugnut (who is also vertically challenged)... I've decided to get the Voyager one instead so those two look good duking it out. Also, I never really liked the overarmed look of Leader Bulkhead or his lack of mace.

The Voyager just is a nicer toy. I wouldn't pay 20 extra bucks for scale. The Leader is nice, but there is nothing wrong with the little guy at all.

Both are great toys IMO, but the Voyager is:

    More accurate.

    More fun.

    Has the wrecking ball.

Has the best head sculpt and expression ever.:lol

    Has a better vehicle mode.

the leader is bigger, less accurate but has some neat add-ons.

IMO, Voyager>Leader by a landslide. Honestly, the voyager is really hard to put down. And now that we've talked about him so much, I wish I had left him down here.:p

I want the leader due as I like the add ons, the headmaster accessory (odds are I'll always display it with it on) and the electronics ("Sorry, my bad" and "Total Ownage" FTW).
And if I skip the voyager I can affor the rest of wave one I want at once.

Looks to me that the Leader is more accurate.
If you ignore the guns and saw.

I mean the voyager doesn't even have the chair mode.

But we're not ignoring the guns and saw. That's the whole point.

That's like saying the Voyager is more in scale, if you ignore the fact that he's only the headheight of a deluxe.

For me, the leader's too big. With Meagtron it's okay because he's, right now, the only earth mode Megatron, but all of my Leaders just sit on shelves and collect dust. You know why? Because for me and lots of other people, leaders are not fun to play with. You can't take them a lot of places, they don't fit in a lot of spaces either. They're heavy, and just too bulky.

I'm saying that the leader's overall body shape and details are more accurate to the cartoon than the voyager's.

The only thing I would say is more accurate on the voyager is that it has the wrecking ball instead of the extras on the leader.

Personally, I think I'm going with the Activators version. I mean, between the design/scale trade-offs between the Voyager and Leader sizes, there really isn't one that will fit perfectly anyway. Plus, the level of intricacy put into the basic-esque Activator is astounding. So I think that's the best Bulkhead for the money.

But as to the topic of the thread, if I were going to buy one, it'd be the Voyager: Aside from scale, it's more show-accurate, and it's $20 cheaper!

Go for the Leader. He's much more fun to play with. But please don't underestimate Vopyager Bulkhead. He was my first Animated figure and I had lots of fun with him as well.

And frankly those are big deals when it comes to accuracy.

And for that matter, why is accuracy so important? Leader Bulkhead is cool but I just don't like the look of it compared to the far superior Voyager. For me it's the vehicle modes. I really like the Voyager's without the extra crap. Just a nice, plain, rounded truck.

IMO, they should've made the Voyager the one with the extra guns and shit, and had the leader plain without with the wrecking ball.

I also like how they added character to the Voyager. he's got the cocked Eyebrow with the jaw makes him look amusing. Leader just has the static face. I do like how the leader had the jaw that opens, but it only opens when you turn the head.:(

It's like the Cybertron mode Deluxe vs. Voyager Op with me. The voyager's more accurate and bigger, but he has that stupid axe and ******ed mouthplate gimmick that just ruin the whole figure for me. Cybertron prime has a face and a neat little multi-use axe. I'm getting both (well, I have one already) but will be modding the Voyager to bring him back up to normal standards. Only the problem with Leader Bulkhead is, I can't mod him that extensively.

I just wish the leader version could have two regular hands without one always holding that stupid saw blade.

When I bought the Voyager I had every intent of buying a Leader as well.

Then I started messing around with the Voyager and thought to myself, "how much better could a Leader be?" The Voyager mold is absolutely perfect, and aside from scale issues, which I couldn't care less about, there's really nothing about the Voyager that makes me say "man, this is awesome, but imagine how great a Leader class version would be".

I'm gonna get leader Bulkhead, even though I got the voyager one already.

The voyager one is fun to bring around on the go. Very compact and no accessories to lose.
