You can view the image here: http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers...ers-classics-ultra-magnus-upgrade-set-164153/ A blurry teaser pic in the 2nd post!!!! STAFF EDIT Due to several reports of malware notifications from the website, we have disabled the image and mirrored the picture in question at TFW2005.
Yet another great idea not mass released and that only rich folks will be able to afford..... WONDERFUL!
Cool and nicely done but going to cost a bomb without doubt. I'll just have to console myself with Aniamted Ultra Magnus,... soon-ish.
Intriguing, certainly. It looks pretty darn bulky, but without losing much articulation. But as TT said, you can't really see a lot from that, except that it doesn't seem to involve much transforming of the robot mode. That kinda makes for odd proportion once he's all bulked out, surely. And I wonder if it transforms (although I'm assuming it does). Well, it's probably gonna cost a bomb, but I'm making my own anyway.
That looks pretty cool. Too bad it's going to be expensive and I don't have a Classics Ultra Magnus. I'll more than likely be happy enough with the Animated Ultra Magnus that we'll be getting.
That movie toy looks so much better than the official release. Funny what a nice paint job, hands, and a face can do for a toy.
Be careful clicking on that link. My AVG just popped with the TrojanClicker.KYV virus when I tried to open the link. It was a file named a.exe in the windows\system32 folder.
WHOA. not trying to give anyone a virus. I found that info on the Allspark. Wasn't sure if i could post the pic or not, so I just posted the link!
Too blurry to pass judgement. But for those who don't think will be able to afford it, don't despair. We're due to get Classics 2.0 Magnus some time. ^_^
TFClub is listed on Google as a known malware site. However, I didn't receive any warnings from either Firefox or my AV software when I opened the page. Were you using Internet Explorer, by any chance?
As he hasn't been mentioned for the line as of yet, I wouldn't put any hope in that happening. As we're going to be getting a good Ultra Magnus in the Animated line, that there puts him out of the running for at least this first set of Universe figures. Also, Hasbro has said that they won't be doing any more trailers for TF's, as it's not cost effective. While this could change in the future, I think it'll stay this way for a good while.
From what I can see from the picture, it looks very nice. I would purchase a kit if it was affordable.
It'd be nice if Masterpiece Magnus could get the same treatment at an affordable price... wishful thinking on my part, lol.
