I think I like the Deluxe version a little better.

Weird... I hadn't really been keeping up on this, but that's bizarre that they made two completely different molds, in two size classes. For a form that he possesses for all of five minutes in the show, no less.

Aside from the simplified gun, I almost sort of prefer the smaller mold. It looks more streamlined somehow. And the silver looks nice.

Looks like he has no real "elbow joint." The colors are nice but the arm articulation makes him forgettable.

Also, I'm starting to regret that Megatron ever had a "fusion cannon."

I cannot describe how much I am hating the fact that these have Battle Damage. This would be the greatest set in history were it not for that.

Huh, to me it seems he has completely functional elbow joints. It might look weird 'cause his left arm is twisted at the upper arm/shoulder.

Anyway, proportionally I vastly prefer it to the Voyager sized. The colors and vehicle mode also seem nicer. However, the face sculpt isn't all that great and his "battle damage" looks like a tribal tatto gone wrong to me :p

Oh and I don't understand why neither of these two has the headcrest the show model has...

Ah well, I'll be holding out for his earth mode anyway.

Think I'm liking the voyager more, deluxe looks nice though. I expect I'll pick the 2 pack up at some point.

I'm really worried about the Voyager class' fusion cannon. Looks way too big and heavy to allow the figure to stand with it.

I find Pros and Cons for both versions.

So if we get the Two-pack as a "Preview" then I'll be getting both versions,
but if they come out at the same time I'm not so sure.

Interesting... considering that Earth Mode Prime and Cybertron Mode Megatron will probably never meet.

I wonder if these will only be available in the 2-pack as "battle damaged". Hopefully the damage will be easy to remove.

I confess, I sort of like the Deluxe version better. In this line so far, it seems like there's not much size difference between Deluxes and Voyagers.

I'm a big fan of the deluxe Megatron mold, but I really don't like battle damage, and I'm not that thrilled with the Prime that comes with it. Here's hoping that we get a clean, single carded version of this down the road.

Damn... that deluxe looks really nice ... In some ways I like it more than the voyager. I like the more streamlined blades on the cockpit, and the nice silver, but overall the voyager just looks more interesting ...

... And at the same time, both Deluxe Megs and Prime are so similar to their voyager counterparts, which I definitely want, I don't know if I could justify to myself getting both. Grrr....

I prefer the silver coloring of the deluxe...but other than that I definitely prefer the voyager. Again if this isn't like a preview set (i.e. available before June or whatever) I am passing.

Also, I never realized just how ridiculously huge the fusion cannon on the voyager mold was.

I'll probably end up getting this one as it's an easy way to get the two leaders for the line.

However, I'm getting mighty tired of toys with "Battle Damage" that's simply paint apps. Final Battle Jazz, however, was a perfect example of a Battle Damaged toy that doesn't really bother me as he really was damaged.

I'm leaning towards passing on both. Earth megs looks so much better to me. And the alt mode will hopefully look like an actual vehicle.
