I am really getting stoked for these new toys.

 

Still no correctly transformed alt mode pics. Come on, we wanna see alt mode!

But that would mean Animated Screamer is bigger than the Classics Voyagers as well.

Megatron looks pretty cool.

 

He's already stated that that is impossible. Unless there's a hidden joint that allows the cockpit to flip "under" the vehicle mode, it is quite clear that what we've been seeing is his correct Alt mode.

 

Big. Slagging. Gun.
Megs' Cybertronian bot mode looks familiar, but I can't place it.

Watching Animated right now... Bumblebee f'in rocks so hard, and I'm starting to really like Prowl.

 

i hope you're not getting excited for the "correct transformation"... it seems the owner has already determined that it is not meant to be. the mold is not designed that way.

hah! seems i was beaten to the punch there.... but just goes to validate my point.

NOW. here's something i've thought of...

what if all this advance-marketing (and you know hasbro is letting this stuff get leaked, or we'd be hearing about mass lay-offs and firings) is designed to find out what we think of their offerings? they still haven't released the final product, afterall, and though many of you might think it's too late in the game to make changes, i assure you for quality control, they have the resources to do what they like if the fans are what they're keeping in mind. as they read these threads (and you know they do) they are making note of all the little things we love and hate. whether they use any of it is at their discretion, of course, but maybe.. just maybe... the final version of Megs will offer us the transformation we crave. OR... at the very least..... a transformation guide?
it's all speculation until we have the final product in-hand.

Cool, I really am liking thedesign and color scheme. Overall, Megs looks pretty well balanced.

I still gotta echo earlier comments.... where are the Alt Mode pics?

 

God this figure looks sweet, This is definatly a must have!

The gun itself just screams Megatron!

 

Clear parts are cool for detail, but not for major body parts like his feet. Also, I'm wondering if that big cannon on his arm can come off. I hope so. And, as someone else mentioned, I need to see some alt mode pics.

 

This is def. a buy. I love this design of Megs, movie + G1 almost. Wish he coulda been bigger, I just love my leader class toys  

 

Once a mold is complete the only way they will change it is for safety reasons and I assure you that Hasbro can care less about a group of collectors bitching about small things they don’t like. We are the smallest percentage of people who make up their sales. They have test groups they use for this made of kids, not adults. Why would they care if a 20 year old hates the way Megatron transforms?

Wait, why doesn't to the toy have correct transformation? What if you just flip the whole plane "upside down" so the cannon is on the right side like in the cartoon?
