Areas 58, 60, 77, 83, 89 look for laarriving reciepts prior to shop set. Areas 63, 88, 92, 95 product will recieve to stores in Weeks 18 (6/3) and 19 (6/10).

what areas do those numbers represent?

 

I'm not exactly sure to be honest. 95 represents all the stores in my area (St. Louis). The one thing you can do is go here and locate your store. Then you will find out if it affects your area by the first two digits of the store #. For example. my store # is 9515 and it affects area 95, therefore it affects my store.

I just found one at Toys R Us. I already have Blackout, but this was the only way to get my hands on Scroponok. Now I have 2 Blackouts. Now I'm not sure what to do with my extra Blackout.
