    JET MODE

Maybe not super movie accurate, but still pretty sleek. Better than FAB Starscream.

    TRANSFORMATION

Very simple. Fold the cockpit on top of the jet, rotate the legs outward at the hip, flip down horizontal fins and position the arms. You're done!

    ROBOT MODE

Same basic Starscream shape as the Voyager, similar detailing as well (all molded UNDER the jet). This one has poseable arms and real hands... with 4 fingers and 2 thumbs each! I wonder why? Unfortunately, he's hard to balance, so poseability is limited. Still a pretty fun little toy.

    Mine.

I got this crazy idea, that if I buy every movie character from different size classes, I'll have a porportionate cast of movie figs!

Not that Starscream here would help, but I'll get one anyway!

I just can't get excited about this design in any scale, unfortunately.

That looks quite good, overall. I'm not sure why the tailfins are so oversized, though. And I would've preferred another fake cockpit on the underside of the jet to a gaping hole in the fuselage. But the mold detailing, paint job, and posability seem outstanding for the Legends class.

quit it with the mcdonalds figure comments. can you not tell the diference between them! jesus!

and i don't mean offense to anyone, but the fast food toy jibes make no sense. if they insist on comparing them, at least don't make them equals. ******s.god, even non fans can tell the difference.

    and we need barricade piccys.

Very nice. I wish the colors were a bit more movie-accurate, but whatever.

And I think calling 'em McDonald's toys is a compliment nowadays. Some of these Happy Meal toys have been pretty impressive for what they are as of late.

I'll be picking this guy up, along with the whole series, just because the LOC size class are so damn fun to fiddle with, and you can have hordes of them on your desk and they still dont use up much space.

LOCs are great I agree. Problem is scaling - it's generally quite bad. Look how weedy Megatron looks compared to Starscream and Barricade. You can't expect them to be in scale, but they should at least make sure that the smallest guy is the smallest and biggest guy is the biggest, if you get what I mean.

The original LOCs were bad for that, Prime was technically a cool little figure but he was way too tiny compared to Red Alert.

I don't think that the LOCs suit the movie aesthetic well though. Prime looks pretty bad, as does Ratchet. Jazz looks amazing though, but he's a more G1 styled TF so you'd expect it to work.

i give you any cybertron burger king toy, and a middle of the road loc, say loc megatron. convieniently, there is also a burgertron. burgertron has a mostly new transformation. loc has a very accurate transformation. burgertron has arms that form the wings and legs stumpier that most basic's heads along with no useful poseability due to balance issues and the sheer size of the arms. loc has decently posable legs for even a deluxe class figure andarms that can still be expressive.

sorry to get off topic megatroptimus (+everyone else) but i9 still cannot believe that the locs are being dragged down to fast food kids meal level. those who call them happy meal or macdonalds toys orfast food transformers are clearly loc virgins. the burger king figures, while not mcdonald tf's, they are of the same level.

again, sorry, but it had to be said.
