Check it. Huffer! Elita-1! Springer (I think)! Some others I can't make out!

Perhaps I'm jumping to conclusions, but I wonder if they're among the unannounced Botcon exclusives?

I'd say no ...

Huffer looks like a repaint of Cybertron Armorhide.
(the girl, Arcee? Elita-1?) looks like a repaint of Cybertron Thunderblast.

 

also, Alita1 as thunderclash/Chromia

I'd almost bet money on Huffer happening. (unless htis color scheme ends up on the Target-exclusive version of Armorhide-in-movie-packaging, which i could see happening)

The classics are some of the best Transformers figures out there. I think that they should release many many more.

 

I can't place it because that looks like a tire over his head.

The only mold that would make sense would be a Cybertron Evac.

Forgive me, but why would that be a problem?

None of the 'extra' toys last year were repainted from ones in the box set, and most of them did not hail from Cybertron like the box set toys. There's nothing saying that Classics characters couldn't be repainted from non-Classics lines, which should be fairly apparant seeing as how they're appearing in a Classics based fiction here.

cool, it's set in the g1 marvelverse as an alternative to the g1 comic.

i'm pretty sure i see another dinobot in the background but it could be any one of them seeing how hasbro recently reaquired Slag as a name.

i'll bet money that an Elita toy will happen soon in some shape or form (hasbro aquired that name too)

fwiw i think the springer imold is the hardest one to place as the sheild on his arm looks like the one on cybertron soundwave

From the Classics comic in the Collector's Club newsletter, this universe takes the place of the Gen 2 one.

I think the dinobots in the background are from the minicon pack, but I wouldn't be surprised to see them repainted with G1 colors. Springer is a recolor of CD Hotshot.
