On the Voyager Prime there is a gimmick to make a hologram driver appear.

If you open the door there is no driver, when you push the door shut, a driver flips down - Kinda cool

That is the single most awesome thing in the history of Transformers.

 

I'd kind of hoped that the switch would be spring assisted to make him snap in and out of place, but still, trez chic.

Is it June yet?  

 

 

Didn't even notice this on my Prime, gotta TF him back into truck mode and check this out, awesome!

That's actually a pretty good gimmick for a change! Pity it's only going to turn up in Transformers with enough room inside: I'd like to see it in other characters' alt. modes.

Correction Chris...it's the second most awesome thing in the history of Transformers. The live action movie's the single most awesome thing

Nice vid! Saw pics of this feature when these PRIMES started showing up on ebay. Everyone was saying its Peter Cullen or a tribute to him(its just a driver though). Anyway i snagged a test shot myself(Target version),i cant friggin wait!

I noticed it on the pics of one of the first e-bay auctions that the holo-Peter Cullen folds into the seat. I was looking to see if he was removable. I didn't know it was activated by the door. Great way to trigger the feature!

 

I'd seen the driver figure, but I didn't know he 'flipped out' like that! Kewl!

 

Very cool! This ought to become a standard feature on the larger TFs, like light piping.

 

That's quite a neat feature.

Yeah, but it looks SO damn cool that I know I'll never get tired of seeing it. I can see myself opening and closing that door for hours when I get this one  

 

That's really pretty neat. I'd noticed the little driver, but didn't know he flipped down like that. Very cool.

 

Now that is a neat feature. I saw bits of the driver and thought it was just a solid piece. Didn't think it was a gimmick.

 

That is too cool. I was wondering what the heck the lil' driver guy was all about. Way to include a nifty gimmick that also makes sense
