It's not as bad as everyone was fearing. In fact it's NOTHING at all!

Thanks to Kevin (Valkyrie-Exchange) at Macrossworld for the pictures.

well, that's nice to know. I still ordered mine from overseas just to get it quicker, since I had nothing else to get from bbts.

LOL at those paying extra for unmodded Megs.

Excellent. I bet a LOT of people are very relieved to see that this is all it is. Fantastic news for those who ordered from HLJ.

After all that, that really IS a bit of an anti-climax, isn't it?

Mmn, although, this is just how HLJ is doing it... y'never know how some of the other sites might...

Makes you wonder if other sites went with a different method of plugging/capping Megs.

What, people are paying extra for unmodded Megs? Where? Not the case for me.

The fact that the plug is sooo easily removed makes it's requirement even more of a farce.
Can I order a real gun as long as it's got a neon cork bunged in the end?

Wow, I'm shocked that that's all it takes to apparently get by Customs - adding a barely noticable and extremely easy-to-remove orange plug. Talk about being entirely self defeating.

Good job U.S. Homeland Security :)

I don't think that has to do with homeland security, they all know its a toy and letting it go isn't life threatening. I'd be heavily disppointed in our homeland security if they did put more time and effort into stopping what is obviously a toy instead of other things.

Sorry to go off topic but Homeland Security is a damn joke.

They just love to cry wolf with their stupid terror alerts.

    Rant off.
