Well, it is that time again... it's new toy listings time! All of these were given to me by a friend who works at a large retailer. I will be providing names and Item Codes. Please keep in mind these are merely names; I have no idea what they look like or the mold choices. Everything is subject to change, of course.

Alright, first up is Combiner Wars. I already revealed that we are getting Bruticus but I can now confirm his limbs... and breaking the trend Superion, Menasor, and Defensor began, the entire Combaticon original team will be released as deluxe limbs! They are:

But while we knew these guys were coming we didn't know about these next 3 deluxes , which make up, for now, their own wave.

Now, for those don't like Combiner Wars... well, Mr. Chaos has some Robots in Disguise reveals. First, something that will really delight people: new warrior class Decepticons!

wreckgar is probably a groove retool. glad we're getting a rewind though.

 

More classic Autobots out of CW Deluxes is somewhat interesting. I'm not sure if I'd buy them since I already have a great Wheeljack and Trailbreaker, but I'm looking forward to seeing what they look like. CW Combaticons are to be expected, but I'd really like to get an idea of which molds are being used.

Wreck-Gar out of Groove, eh? I would've rather seen IDW Frenzy/Rumble, but hopefully they've at least retooled him to have some spikes. But who the hell is Stripes? Who cares, we get a Rewind! I'd love to believe they'd just have him turn into a memory stick, but I'm sure he'll be an accessory for whatever Autobot combiner the rest are part of.

Also fuck yes Warrior class Thunderhoof. I pray he turns out better than Steeljaw.

 

That and the Combaticons. But I would explode if they revealed a CW Soundwave.

Good, maybe now people can stop needlessly worrying about Blast Off being replaced.

Trailbreaker is an interesting find but if it isn't a voyager instead of a manlet deluxe I doubt I'll be replacing my current Generations one.

 

Happy to hear about Thunderhoof and Quillfire getting warrior class figures in the RID15 line.   Legions Rewind and /wreck Gar sound fun. Not surprised at the Combaticons since I figured they'd be here eventually though I'm not sure what to make about the new CW Deluxes since we had perfectly good ones already well Wheeljack and Trailbreaker anyway.

 

Yeah, that was the biggest surprise, as it would be easy, storywise, to ditch him since he fits the least with the theme of the team. Of course, now we have a helicoptor with jets, a sports truck with race cars, a swat 6 wheeler with rescue cars... heck, maybe Alpha Bravo, Off Road, Rook, and Blast-Off could form their own team.

 

I still wonder if the Combaticons will come before or after the Technobots.

 

My mind is fucking melting.

 

Technobots are after. The listing for Bruticus and Scattershot, if I remember correctly, had Scattershot last. Also, the deluxes on my list are in order of release. We get the Protectobots, then the Masquerade figures, then the Combaticons, then Wheeljack's wave. If I had to guess, the next one will be the Technos, followed by the Fan build.

 

I'm still wondering about the Voyagers. I wonder if we will get more Combiner Wars Decepticons like this one.

We've been seeing more Autobots than Decepticons.

 

Since we're getting Ratchet in the RID15 legion wave will this mean we could get more legion figures of more of the cast from Prime?

 

So apparently Stripes is a cassete-kitty (Tiger), that aside, Woot for Rewind! as well as the deluxe Combaticons. 'Jackie and 'Breaker are confusing me though, they've had relatively recent releases (both of which are brilliant!) also a little tentative with Smokescreen as the Prime mold is decent and he will probably be a remold of the already 3 mold uses Dead End (Streetwise and WildRider) aside from that I'm stoked!

Addendum: Wow that is clearly the MotorMaster/OP mold Soundwave is rockin'

 

So I guess this means that Smokescreen is a Prowl/Streetwise repaint. Ratchet now makes more sense as he could be going with Smokes, Jackie, and Trails. I'm assuming Jackie will be a new mold and TrailBreaker will be Offroad/First Aid hybrid.

Mr Chaos you truly are the man for giving us this.

 

I'm guessing Wheeljack will be a remold of Breakdown with a new hood/bumper.

 

Plot twist: it's a rerelease of the FOC Combaticons in accurate colours.
