All my progress is gone...

 

Yup, I had 324 stars and a rather robust purchased cast with a very large inventory - I had just bought Hero Bumblebee yesterday and never even got to use him.  

I've noticed that scanning in a Decepticon no longer brings up a Decepticon scan-in, an Autobot sigil pops up instead. Weird, since it worked fine before.

On the plus side, I like some of the new interfaces, I can skip the overlong tutorial, I like that the character now attracts the powerups/items, there's some new bots to buy (including a whole new bot category with Jazz, a new Fracture, 2 new Fixits, and a new Drift), new power ups, and thanks to some "Cheat Sheets" I'm starting with 2730 Energon Cubes and some inventory, along with almost all retail bots unlocked on day 1.

As long as it doesn't happen again, I'm not that put out with the reset.

 

I didn't even know this game was out.

 

Is Fracture Warrior Class?

 

Fracture just has a One-Step for now.

Actually they added a LOT. First and foremost, for me the whole game, names included is now in Hungarian.   I suspect other countries will now be seeing it translated as well.

The game plays better, hit detection is good, and power-ups and energon are "drawn" to you so you won't have to run around as much collecting them. Also, it's easier to get all stars now as enemies are not stupid and won't stand around aimlessly anymore.
Oh, and each character does a little victory dance at the end of the level, Sideswipe does a hand-stand, etc.

There is an opening comic before each mission. The story, I think is that Steeljaw frees the rhino-beetle-purple guy Insecticon leader, and shows him he wants to return to Cybertron. The guy then frees other Insecticons, and uses the pods to clone them - so yeah, you are fighting G1-cartoon-styled Insecticon clones.

Optimus Prime - Optimusz Fővezér (means High Commander Optimus)
Grimlock - Mogorva (means Grim)
Strongarm - Erős Kar (same)
Fixit - Javító (means Fixer)
Sideswipe - Csatár (means Striker)
Jazz - Jazz (same)
Drift - Örvény (means Vortex)
Steeljaw - Acélpofa (mean Steel-muzzle)
Thunderhoof - Villámcsapás (means Thunderstrike, actually the hungarian name used for Thundercracker in the Marvel comics)
Fracture - Csonttörő (means Bonecrusher, used for the Constructicon in the comics)
Underbite - Harapós (means Snappy, as in a dog that often bites people)

 

Hasbro isn't going to give any Decepticon, other than their leader, a Warrior Class toy, are they?

 

Mine just got updated today.

 

RID is planned for many seasons, and we have only seen the first 2 waves of the toys. We only know that Sideswipe and Jazz will be in the Wave 3 of Deluxes//Warriors, so there will definitely be another two molds, probably Cons.

It's complete up to the second waves, except for One-Step wave 2, Titan Guardians waves 1 & 2, and Titan Heroes wave 2. The fuzzier ones should still scan, but you might need to cover the adjacent symbols with a thumb so that it doesn't immediately lock onto a clearer one.

 

I'm confused. This game is free, yet it has no in game purchase crap either. Making it actually free. Wtf.

 

3 waves and 1 Decepticon?

This better not be a repeat of AOE.

 

Well, this game is Hasbro's own thing, and essentially just a marketing tool for the RID toyline - it wants you to go down to the shops and buy RID toys. Stuff like Legends and Angry Birds Transformers, meanwhile, are produced by external licensees, and are intended to make money just by themselves.

 

Even if the other two molds are 'Cons, we'll only have Deluxe equivalent toys of 3 out of 11 Decepticons. That's incredibly pathetic. As for the number of seasons, that has nothing to do with anything. More seasons will bring more characters. At this point, unless Hasbro does several waves with little to no Autobots, we'll never get Warriors of most Decepticons.
