According to their FB page Kidslogic have a new set coming out at an expo next week...

Ultra Magnus, Skywarp, Soundblaster, Kickback and Thundercracker!!




Never heard of this expo before but looks like I'll be going along!

 

These are the tiny versions with terrible articulation right? Easy pass.

I'm real tempted by this set.
Kidslogic allude that this set will only be available at this expo (which I only just found out about today!), so it will be interesting to see if this is indeed the case.

 

Looks like there is also a limited edition Gold Megatron on offer...
(not sure if he is just gold coloured or real gold plated) They've done pure gold versions of their moulds in the past but this just looks to be gold coloured.

 

They look cool, but no thanks.

 

I have sets of these but still hesitate on pulling the trigger for my personal collection.

 

Did not expect Kickback. Skywarp looks pretty mad there too.  

 

Seeing kickback here makes me hopeful even more characters will be made. I'd like an Astrotrain in anime colors please! Oooh & do all the Gestalts in the larger size like Grimlock!  

 

I'm still totally clue less about how big these are.
is it just me or does it seem harder these days to get size comparison picks.
.. feeling the need for a size comparison thread.. is there one?

anyways, tempted by skywarp and tc. would rather go with revoltek if they only took that mould out of the closet and.. but still, these are cute but also rather expensive and I wouldn't consider one of these as a "main" character of my collection. so it would have to go on a side collection or stuff.. the price is just to steep to justify it for me.

 

erm, it says on the pics - 9cm. That's about 3.5 inches for the metrically challenged.

 

These are all more or less 3.5 inch figures with limited articulation. Grimlock is about 4 inches

 

Agreed, price is just too steep to get these. If these were like 50 a pop at the most then sure.

Who's going and can get me an Ultra Magnus?

 

All I want is SW & TC. Obviously I'm nowhere near there, but I'll be trying very hard to find a set. Once I do, the other 3 will be sold to help offset what will probably be a ridiculous cost

Also, I hate to say it, but the first series of the figures was copied pretty fast and were available for significantly less, maybe these will show up as KOs sometime soon.

 

These are pretty nice looking.
