i forget where in my state, there is a festival going on, music, beer and turkey balls. that is right, turkey testicles. my dad is preparing the turkey now with a famliy recipe. letting it soak into the meat. and then tomorrow, oven time!
Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving. My family had it on Sunday this year since this is my mom's chemo week. A great time was had by all
I've got to work in nine hours for eight hours... at a Grocery store. Thankfully I won't have to dodge cars and I get to go home before the shit REALLY starts to hit the fan.
I have to work a mandatory 12 hour shift. 5pm Thanksgiving night to 5:30am Friday morning. I still don't understand how a store with over 100 employees needs to work us a 12 hour shift. Guess they can't break it up into smaller shifts. This is why I hate the holidays. They are just another day to me.
