This is the first LOC I've bought since last year, and I got it mostly because I think it looks nicer than LOC Megatron (me being a sucker, I also have one of him).

    Pros:

--The Galvatron color scheme is more appealing than Megatron's anyway.

    Cons:

--Still no elbows. I didn't think they'd change something like that, though.

--The paint scheme, or lack thereof. On the card, he's been done in the same neat shiny paint as the full-sized Galvy. The actual toy is just molded in dull gray plastic, with some visible swirls.

They didn't bother painting the wheels at all, so he just looks strange. Black and limited amounts of orange are nice, but don't decorate the toy enough.

--The plastic feels flimsier than LOC Megatron does.

Still, he only cost me $4 US, and most of what's wrong with him can be fixed with a little paint, so I'm not sorry I got him. With a little work, he'll look cool, I think.
