The only thing I really like about this is the sword. The dark head and blue face aren't doing anything special for me. The tan just looks really bland compared to earlier shots which looked goldish.

a red and painted cyber key.

Maybe hasbro made the first round of paintings on molds suck so they could sell awesome repaints. Lets get some more love for that nice Galaxy Force Starscream Mold.

eh, what do I care, I bought the GF version anyways.

Wow, they actually bothered to paint the force chip with silver this time. Let me guess, they're going to wait for the next repaint to get the wings colored, huh?:lolol

I saw that name coming a mile away, ever since the Prime 'repaint' (and I hate calling it that) pics were released by Hasbro.

Still looks okay, but you can't top the original.

Wow, I love that gold. So shinny it's moved to the top of my "if i ever buy a mainline toy again" list.

Planet key looks nice. The whole toy looks nice.

And nice name. Can't wait to see the bio on the back of the box.

I'm going to wait until I see this in person to make up my mind. I absolutely love the Vector Prime mold, but I'm not going to get this if it really is more of a tan than a gold (besides, I'm not sure if I'm up to adding a bunch of paint aps to a second VP).

I don't think they CAN paint the wings, since they're made out of flexible plastic, unlike the Takara version. As the plastic flexes, the paint would just chip off.

And I wish that they would've painted the force chip gold instead of silver. On the Takara version, the silver-painted chip worked because the colors matched with the figure, so it looked like part of his body. With the original Hasbro release and this new repaint, you lose that effect.

You can paint the wings just fine. I did it on my Vector Prime. It took a few coats because I got a bad bottle of brown paint, but it looks fantastic and it hasn't chipped even a little.

Not feeling the love yet for this one. It does look more tan than gold and the orange makes it look Halloween-ish. Maybe I'll call him Zombie Vector Prime. This would make my third VP as I got duped into buying the Cybertron version with Starscream. I think the best part is the painted Cyber key.

I guess I'm the only one who thinks that paint job is God awful ugly.

They should have just released the Galaxy Force version and called it a day.

Takara's Vector Prime is still the one to get. You can actually store it away without fear that the wings will warp.

This thing just looks bland to me.

This is where it pays off to have GF Vector Prime... the paint pattern is very different and makes this all the more appealing. I really like the colors, gold, black, and silver are hard to get wrong. The translucent red is nice, too, and thank Primus they painted the key this time!

    "galaxy force vector prime".

    The name is funny.

the figure is ugly. they should have given it a complete gold paint treatment, like they did with galvatron's silver.
