Yeah I wanted her to be kind of cute and innocent looking instead of a hardened soldier sorta like windblade. Though ironically I made her jet mode quite aggressively shaped as I wanted it to have a sort of batwing look lol.

If you guys want a spoiler for my next two, I've roughed out a female version of Stormtrooper Rage, aka the black and pink sports car water gimmick decepticon.

And I've run out of regular bot ladies I'm interested in so I've started my own version of blackarachnia that I'm going to give multiple deco varients to referencing a few versions of her character. Not sure how many but I definitely wanna do her BW, BWT and BM palettes.

for the most part she looks great, but her head looks sunken, i just dont like how low her head is, the nose is a bit too big for her, but i suppose thats an style choice, but the head sure needs to be raised up, as i said, everything else looks great, perfect even

 

I wanna see her animated deco next.

 

Sigh. So you were right, I fixed her head height in both versions. As for her nose I decided ah it looked bad anyway and removed it entirely, much prefer her without one now. Working on my next two decos now.

The BM deco was very garish, I tried to minimize its color explosion design as much as possible but pinkish red, bright yellow and neon green really makes for an eye-straining deco no matter what lol.

And I'm not doing anything based on a repaint with her sorry guys, after 4 versions eh kinda bored of her already so it would need to be something more interesting. But I think I'll be moving on to other characters now.

 

It works best in the TFA deco IMO.

A new OC I finished up today.

 

Looks cool.   She reminds me of a blend of Minerva and Shockwave somehow.

 

I think with my next doodling I'm going to do something similar to what I did with Rosanna and Glyph but for a con bot. Haven't decided which yet. Conceptually I think might try to aim for something along the lines of Buttercup from Powepuff Girls where she's cute-ish but more tomboy than anything else. But I guess it depends on the character design I draw from, ah I'll see what I come up with.

Normally pandering pinup type stuff not really my thing, especially with transformers but eh felt like doing something dumb and weird for the end of the year so here's Arcee with a not-so-robotic butt.

Based the design off of the gen figure of course, which is already pretty sexualized anyway lol. And here's a takara version:



After finishing these I'm not sure how I feel about myself now. I've never thought transformers needed to be sexualized because I've simply never thought of the characters that way. But so many artists have done it and I wanted to take a crack at it myself for once.

Eh I guess I can understand the appeal but I dunno, it just doesn't feel right so I doubt I'll draw something like this again.
