Ha-ha yup. All that is short for " Panzerkampfwagen IV Ausführung D." This is the D model of the Panzer IV tank introduced in August of 1939, where the gun mantlet was external and the hull machine gun from earlier models returned. It carries the short barreled, low velocity KwK 37 L/24 75mm gun that would be standard armament of the A through F1 models. In late 1941, in response to the increase of armor protection of Russian tanks, the long barreled , high velocity KwK 40 L/43 75mm gun would be first introduced on the F2 models and onwards.

If anyone is looking for a complete Combiner Wars Menasor (with Blackjack and all instructions, it looks like, with Offroad as a limb), Rogue Toys just got one in about two days ago. I don't know how much it is, but in my experience their loose stuff is pretty cheap.
109 sounds like a good price...if I didn't decide to go with Takara. I wanted to wait and see if Costco would get it for dirt cheap but it doesn't sound like they will. My plan was that if I couldn't get it for cheap at Costco I'd just shell out for the Takara Devastator and it seems that how it's gonna go.
Here's another way to get a cheaper Devastator. I've used Jet and they're pretty good. NVM sold out already that.
