Um, whatever. Let me scan the receipt. Guys, I don't know why anyone would take credit for someone else's purchase, but... I was the one who found the toy in NJ. I'm taking a photo of the receipt right now, but I'm going to block out the store name (for reasons posted in my Tformers.com newspost). I just posted a review at Tformers.com that should be up shortly. I just think it's odd that someone else is being credited here. It's just odd....
As soon as you can snatch up a picture without the cute little message in the smack-dab-middle of it, I'll be glad to throw it up on the frontpage. So the message got a little garbled when it got posted up - big deal. No reason to get all antsy about it and come off emo.
It must be nice to be THAT productive. On the Allspark we have to deal with Mouth04 posting all sorts of mentally scarring youtube videos and such. Haha that "Proof Enough" pic pretty much sums up how I feel about how rediculous and anal people are here over news of someone buying a new TF. Its like people need to be absolutely sure before they give themselves the right to be excited. You could post a picture of you, clutching the open package and figure naked with the TF standing outside your house with 5 FBI agents, and people would still cry LIAR without a receipt. I can understand how one could be annoyed with wanting to share the new item that just came out...even opening the box and giving a little review with pics.... only to have everyone claim he's lying. "What, you threw away the receipt with your lunch? TOO BAD GO TO HELL YOU FRAUD, I dont care if you were nice enough to take pictures for us." Its just another sign of how NON laid-back this fandom is compared to other toy groups. Nice btw.
I for one love the confirmation with receipt system since it saves me a whole lotta expensive assed gas... I don't call unconfirmed ones liars though... In fact, I just use them as an initial heads up for the fandom... Either way, it's been this way as far as reporting sightings since I can remember so I have no problems with it...

I just got an email from Big Bad Toy Store saying my pre-ordered Menasor and Wing Saber (yay!) are being processed for shipping from their warehouse, so Menasor should be getting out to lots of people real soon now. Now if only my Metroplex and Primus and Alt Prime and Alt Mirage would get here...
'Twas my initial thought! Now, if only my comic shop would get on-board, I could blow my money on figs., comics, AND food. It'd be a win-win situation (mostly for the shop).

No, I'm actually FoxtailGuy over at TFormers. I have no idea who BWBM is. Sounds like an acronym for "Big Whoppin' Bowel Movement," but that's just me. Ok, I admit the potty humor is a little crass, but that seriously is what I thought before I realised "Oh, Beast Wars, Beast Machines." You know, to some people, that's the same thing. I agree with this completely. It is so out of hand now, I'm surprised the sites don't require a picture of the item on a peg in the store while standing next to a 19 year old employee with pimples.
