    fan art is a part of radicons, so then I guess all artistry done in the realm of transformers is done by nerds.

    Can't remember the artist's name. Might of been The Buzz or something. I know he changed it to something else, then his site went offline. Not sure if he is around anymore. He did a bunch of commissions featuring femmebots.

    If you're sure, then I totally believe you, but if you're just making a solid guess--could it have been GrungeWerx? It kinda sorta looks like his style, at least to me.

    GrungeWerx does have a similar style, but I didn't see this piece in his gallery. He also usually makes sure to include an alt form in his work. Good guess though.

    Its definitely not GrungeWerx. I'm 90% sure the artist went by The Buzz or just Buzz before his name change. I think his website was www.hatethebuzz.com before his name chance. I just remembered, after looking around. He changed his name to Calibos, with his new website at Calibos.org. Its not up anymore. He did alot of NSFW stuff, things wacko fans like NPC were into.
