That is SWEET! Thanks for sharing!
I always wondered how the head will look like with a bright silver painted face.
Admittedly, your reds and blacks look much scarier and aggressive than my purple blacks. Great job!

Thanks Tadd! Black and purple is always a good scheme. I realised that when I posed her next to my Insecticons and Skywarp. :)

Both modes have their merits, I'd say. But it's much easier to make a bike turn into a spider than a chopper into a spider. Lol.

Thanks guys! Hope no one's arachnophobic.

I wish you did too :(
I'd love to see your rendition!

They are always available! You know where to get them!

    She's...air-headed I suppose?

Not sure which other figures the legs will work with, but I'm sure someone will think of something.

    Thanks all! :D

Thanks dude! I ain't no master though.
And thanks for sending me the figure! I'm super grateful.

    You said it! :(

I like your idea! Seems a little too complex to do now but maybe I'll tackle it someday. I ran out of Arcees.

Thank you all for the comments on my Airachnid.
Also a great big thank you to Fakebusker, you make some of the best Shapeways models, and I always look forward to seeing what your planning.
Still hope that your Thugmiesters get picked up by a 3rd party to be produced in plastic, and that you give it a try to make the animal cassette minions into data disks for Soundwave and Blaster.

That's actually a good Airachnid man.

Feels weird having the words good and Airachnid in the same sentence without isn't.

I know this thread hasn't been touched for a while but I'm curious if the head would also work on the Deluxe Airachnid body? It just looks better than the original. Like if there's a way to swap out the face of the original with this one. Thanks

I think we will need more custom parts if deluxe Airachnid. The connection of forearm to the palm is terrible.

I'm actually planning on swapping her arms with Arcee's, I've seen a couple people do it and it looks great

    Your idea looks excellent.
I was using deluxe Airachnid head + BH Starstream body because he is skinny....

Awesome, I was planning on using that body but I never liked the proportions, also I wanted her original chest, then I found Michael Accardi on Flickr who removed the backpack and swapped out the arms. The spider legs were exclusively resized from the shapeways Cyberverse legs by Ariel Lemon (same guy that started this thread). So far I've removed the backpack and the back of the seat from the back of her head. My Arcee had a lot of custom paint on the arms that I removed maybe 2 hours ago, I'm gonna attack the wrist spikes and legs (so I can get more movement) with a dremel tomorrow
