    Thanks for the kind words guys. It was a blast to work on. I had been contemplating it years. I burnt out on painting TFs and it seemed like a good change.

    Now to figure out how to upgrade Tendril...hard because he doesn't look as bad as Metlar did. And he had a lot of soft rubber/plastic that probably can't be painted. Anyone have any suggestions for paint that works on soft flexible plastic?

    You're in good company with your love of the show. Matt of Dinosaur Dracula (Dinosaur Dracula!), and creator of the old site X-Entertainment, is a big fan.

    Also, did you do research on the magma/lava effects? They're dead on to all of the videos and pictures of active volcanos I've seen and watched, especially the mouth and upper chest.

    I tried to duplicate the Balrog paint effects I'd seen other do. it was a lot of fun.

    By 'our world', do you mean Surface Dwellers? (as opposed to subterranean Inhumanoids :D  )

    This turned out great. The paint work really conveys a sense of a churning, searing inner heat. Cool! :thumb
