Just another repaint of OP. This one is play-friendly! Just uploaded 2 latest pics of the forearm mods! Why settle for the AD31 and his price tag when some simple yet efficient mods make this mold just as good if not better?!

What did you mod the hands with? If this is what can you achieve with this guy, I guess I'll have to ditch the Takara one. :)

thanks again guys! The hands and forearms are just some loctite marine epoxy that I let dry a little bit and then sculpted :)

It is a type of epoxy that is meant for marine (boat) equipment and uses. You can find it at any department store. It is also used for pools and plumbing.

If you paint the windows black, it would be perfect.

Important question, how do you paint the flames on this guy? I'm planning to get this guy and paint him, but if I can't paint the flames, I'll have to settle on the AD-31.

The flames are a mix of different techniques. I use a toothpick and a no.4 art brush. All of my work is with common household items, paint pens, epoxy, old brushes, and cheaper paints/ clear coat. I dry brush all of my figures as I am not experienced nor can I afford air brushing. It just takes time, patience and a steady hand :)
