Seriously, if the commissioner has bailed - and you need to sell it - think of modern art galleries!!

That is beyond AWESOME. it should be named AWESOMUS MAXIMUS because it's so AWESOME.

    Ahem, that aside, some suggestions.
    1. I'm really loving the foliage, but I'd rather have the workers not be there. They'd look awkward in robot mode and don't feel right in an old, rusty, and ABANDONED steel mill he's supposed to be. Making him look like a ruin and not a mill still being used might look better.
    2. How about painting one eye in robot mode "damaged"? Considering he's a towering derelict who's been asleep for centuries, it seems reasonable (and AWESOME) that one optic would be damaged and doesn't light up.

Yep, seems I get more done when I'm sleepwalkin' than when I'm awake, lol

It's pretty much come to the point to where it got much more involved and kind-of evolved along the way, thanks! The scheme I chose is vast, tedious & demanding, and the entire figure's gotta be done this way. As a matter of fact, the scheme kind-of improved and changed on the legs since I've done the left arm, so the rest of the figure's gotta be done this way, no turning back now.....Plus, now I've gotta go back and redo that left-arm to match the legs.

    :rock

If only I could harness those night-sessions during the day in waking-hours, oh the possibilities! :lol

    :rock

Thanks, it's quite the sight to behold in person, the pics don't really do it justice.

Same here, the acrylics & denatured-alcohol fumes are startin ta get to me! :lol

Yep I was very pleased with the outcome, will got back over it one more time and touch it up a little here and there. The LEFT-leg should look interesting as well, considering the stockhouse pretty much makes up the back-half of that leg in bot-mode.

Don't know where exactly I could display something like this other than my own place, I think it'd scare the kids in a public place, lol :lol

Nice to know there's backup, just in case! :D  I'm pretty sure he's gonna come through though. We'll see.

Thanks! I never would've thought this thing would reach that aesthetic-threshold & potential and get this far, but it's surprising even me. This project resulted in both intentional AND unintentional outcomes that were gratifying just the same, if that makes any sense. Some things weren't planned, that just seemed justifiably-necessitated and fell into place somehow.

Rather I was thinking "Nemesis-Offendimus", or something to go along with all the BS in the mainstream-headline-news here lately, haha!! :lol

Re: #1. The worker-status has already been addressed on page-26, post-259. These little guys aren't mill-workers, but "city-workers", or "clean-up" guys that are actually there to prepare the mill for demolition. Hazmat-guys, city-workers, laborers there to ensure a safe & green tear-down process.  There won't be too many of them to ruin the overall look of mill-mode, and indeed it's easy to go overboard with that......these little guys will be visible in mill-mode but logically not-so-visible in robot-mode. They also can't interfere with handling and transformation and get broken off. I don't think it'll be a problem, but actually kinda funny if you can still see one or two of them from certain angles in bot-mode. Oh well, it's bound ta happen.

Re: #2. That's actually not a bad idea, but I'm pretty sure both eyes will be lit up. The commissioner also wanted green LED-eyes, so I'm still really not sure how that will flow with the current color-scheme. I may have to end up with red or orange if they clash too much with the paint. Although that doesn't sound like a bad-idea, I can always alter the paint-apps & effects AROUND the eye to give it that effect! Thanks for the feedback! :rock

Bright green optics might not fit, but dirty aged moderately lit green optics would be cool

I thought I had a YouTube demo-vid of the eyes & head, but apparently I never uploaded it, it's only on my Facebook-page. :(  Anyway, the green-LED is nicely embedded pretty far back in the head, so it's a nice, comfortable glow rather than a glaring, obnoxious-glow that's too far up behind the nose. Another cool thing that I implemented in the head to work in conjunction with the green-eyes & solve that problem was.....I cut & inserted a green glow-in-the-dark strip to not only help "soften" the glare of the LED, but keeps the eyes glowing for a while in the dark after you turn off the switch! ;)

Thanks for the kind response! (I'd still like it without the workers tho. Can you mod them to be removable? They could be extra pieces included and used in mill mode for display purposes but be removed (and fleeing in terror) in robot mode. I'm really not digging the fleshbag hanging off the gun arm in robot mode.)

Yeah, you'll have to let us know if that changed.

I know this would go for an insane amount (probably to much to justify)- but I know I'd give it very serious thought.

Y'know, how about making the workers removable? That way they could enhance the look of the mill mode while removed (and fleeing in absolute terror to no avail) in robot mode. Just my two cents, but I think it would look way better that way.

There won't be enough of these little guys in there to ruin it, don't worry. There might be maybe 5 or 6 of 'em here & there, & maybe Freddy peeking out of a personnel-building window or something, but it's not gonna be overrun with a buncha little people everywhere like ya think. It's tedious enough just getting 'em in there securing them without having to figure out how to make 'em stand in place, now you're talking about implementing their tiny bases/feet and spots on the Titan with hidden magnets & stuff, it's just not practical. I'd rather permanently mount them here and there in places that you'd still have to look really close to see 'em. After all, they're tiny anyway, like maybe 7/16" tall, and fragile as hell. Already broke one just picking it up.

Behold, the world's smallest Freddy Krueger custom-figure! Lol :lol  (Also the smallest custom I've ever done btw) 2-hours & a slight case of eye-strain later, Freddy was done. This is the best I could do with a toothpick, +2.00 reading-glasses & questionable-lighting. :p  Not sure how or where I'll fit him in, but he'll get in there somewhere. Thanks to "stprime" for the idea, this was too cool to pass up! :rock
