Repro/Sticker: Shapeways BH Prime head by Customs By Z defect

    I didn't know where else to post this. I got my Shapeways BH Optimus Prime head yesterday. I didn't notice until after I carefully separated the pieces that one of the ears was shorter than the other. I know I didn't break it. The other side is nice and firm and so is the crest. I sent Shapeways an email explaining the problem and now I'm waiting to hear back from them. Does anyone know if they will either reprint the piece or refund my money? I have no problem sending it back first. Any advise would be helpful.
