This is my take on SG Prowl. I don't collect SG figures, but love doing them! All paints used were Vallejo. One side in alt mode is hammered with bullet holes and damage. Some areas were done using an airbrush, the other sections were hand painted. A huge amount of colours used!! Basic acyrlic, air and metallics. The windows have a speckled metallic look to them. The sword is a great fit, from Shapeways. The head now sits on a ball joint.
Thanks mate. I like the sword Thanks Thanks! I don't use much excuse to use a drill Although my wife doesn't like me using it as I almost drilled through a finger recently
That's why I keep a tube of Super Glue handy...it seals those nasty cuts, slices and drill holes right up.
I need to be more careful from now on. I've got a few nasty scars from TF custom work. Thank you Thanks mate. I don't collect SG, but they're great fun doing Hasn't stopped raining all day here! Kids were happy watching a DVD, so I started a SG Bumblebee. Should have it finished tomorrow. I'll upload it if I get chance. I'd be interested to know what you think of it. Cheers!
Wow,that is a huge gash missing from his door panel.Lol!Cool work, man. I'll have to keep the super glue idea in near reach just in case.Have had a few close calls, but...(*knocks on wood*).
Thanks One side damaged, the other side smooth. I think apart from almost drilling through a finger, I had a scary moment once with a strong magnet! Close to swallowing one once. Stupid idiot Thank you I'm having to sell Prowl and Bumblebee which is a shame. Just really struggling for space. Had good fun doing them though.
Good work, Love the colours here. I'm liking the alt mode clean one side/battle scarred the other side look. Bot mode looks sick.
