wassup, dude! incredible work, indeed! i can't wait to see the final prod. dude, assuming the pits are made of a lego ball and socket, have you tried to see if they'll bear the weight properly? cheers, KO
Thank you for the answer.. I've always wonder if those leave marks on the figure.. I've always been too scared to try it.. but, it seems like it works well enough.. I'll have to try it out.. Erland
thanks for the compliments fellow radicons. meanwhile, waiting for the 3rd layer of clear coat to cure before assembly. opt 2 opt 4 diff spoilers for V2 and V4 brembo calipers? legs up with disco pants half cuts
OOOOooo! When you get the rest of the team done, would you be able to make a Menasor with two Dead end arms?
minor update while his body is in pieces. simultaneous dragSTRIPs from a few series securing the loose waist (with a pin) that usually comes off when as menasor's right elbow
just finishing V2 up while V3 is on the blocks. straight repaint. come have a wiff of my greasy armpits V2 erm... V3 digibash and WIP
nope. not reprolabels. found it at a hobby shop. not sure whachamacallit. meanwhile V3 is done as well. v2 and 3 head from a spare brawl from ROTF Bruticus gestalt
That is looking NiCE man. One thing...please do not use those hands u have pictured on page 2. You need to have articulated hands from Primus or something.
thanks for your praise. there'll be 2 set of these. i'll be using a relevant sized fully articulated hand for mine.
thanks king pumking for the compliments. mw, improved and simplified the shoulder attachment. new insignias V2 V3 no batman or SW lego minifigs were harmed in the process. how the kibble attaches to the torso. just snapped on.
the knee works 1. parts for the leg exoskeleton 2. ankle built 3. shin built 4. shin + calf 5. backbone of the shin built. cut off along red line. 6. the backbone attached to the upper portion and rotated back down. 7. knee joint assembly how it attaches – a simpler method than V1 contact white patella V2 black patella V1 V2 & V3 kneeling position
This is amazing. You might actually be on the verge of building the best mensor yet (and that includes all the previous radicons and the fansproject version). GOOD LUCK MAN!
thanks mates. found some newer parts from bigger hero factory sets, hence a simpler method. in total i have 8 of 'em never making it to their intended state at all.
These are excellent instruction on how to use lego pieces for building gestalts! Should go into the HOW-to thread
