awesome job bro. I don't blame you for leaving the 38's with them stripes alone. I know how hard they are to manage lol. I really like the rear lights with that gold you used. Looks like a metallic yellow. Candy color perhaps. Overall awesome. No doubt you used metallics for the hood's blue.

Nope, no metallics on the hood. Just blue on blue. I'm not a big fan of metallics honestly.

Ah i see, the stripes are faded towards the front. Nice. I thought it was metallic sheen.

Fantastic work. I love the smoothness of the finish on the silver parts. Not easy to get, I find! And amazing gradation on the hood. Just great overall work. It looks like you had fun, indeed!

Niiice. It's kinda surprising how many things they did that weren't screen-accurate - not just in details they left out but ones they added, like the blue forehead crest in the original. On that note, do you have a way of removing the original paint or do you just paint white over the top?

Love that you even painted the brake calipers! Talk about attention to detail! I hope this mold hits Canada soon, you've made it look way too appealing now!

Denatured alcohol. Give it a good rub and the paint comes right off and doesn't damage the plastic. Then I paint it white :)

    And thanks, guys! :)

Now THIS is the Smokescreen I was looking for... this figure improves so much with the adequate paint job.

Now all you need to do is the arm kibble mod, and he's golden.
