awesome job bro. I don't blame you for leaving the 38's with them stripes alone. I know how hard they are to manage lol. I really like the rear lights with that gold you used. Looks like a metallic yellow. Candy color perhaps. Overall awesome. No doubt you used metallics for the hood's blue.
nice but may i recomend you paint the bottom of the foot panel black as well it just looks like hes standing on white
Fantastic work. I love the smoothness of the finish on the silver parts. Not easy to get, I find! And amazing gradation on the hood. Just great overall work. It looks like you had fun, indeed!
Niiice. It's kinda surprising how many things they did that weren't screen-accurate - not just in details they left out but ones they added, like the blue forehead crest in the original. On that note, do you have a way of removing the original paint or do you just paint white over the top?
Love that you even painted the brake calipers! Talk about attention to detail! I hope this mold hits Canada soon, you've made it look way too appealing now!
Denatured alcohol. Give it a good rub and the paint comes right off and doesn't damage the plastic. Then I paint it white And thanks, guys!
Now THIS is the Smokescreen I was looking for... this figure improves so much with the adequate paint job.
wow....how much does a custom like this go for? (besides the cost of the toy obviously) sorry if its a newb question im new at the whole wanting a custom thing
