    Thanks guys!

Pics up, check the first post ;)

    My sentiments exactly!

Thanks! maybe the wip pics will help, but if not he's a great fig as is too

    You can do it!

Thanks bud, I almost did it for you, but figured you'd enjoy doing it for yourself.

:lol  was about to answer your question, but then saw you answered it yourself. I'm glad you like it!

I thought of doing it with magnets and it looked pretty cool, but in the end decided it wasn't for me but please throw a pic up, maybe your way will look better than what I thought out.

Well, commentary anyway, not sure you're as witty as you think you are...
    :rolleyes2

I made a gap in the back o the leg and the clip on part slides right in, then you just move the back of the foot up to hold it

Here you can see how it works. Btw I'm not finished repainting it yet, still a lot of work to go(haven't even started on car mode) and I'm planning on making stickers for the headlights.

What I did for the hood parts is leave them attached to the bumper/shoulders, and it still transforms smoothly. Didnt need to do any modding for that, they stay on very steady. Yeah, its a bit kibbley still, but I dont mind it, not nearly as bad as the arm kibble before...

Thanks! Getting it on the chest wouldn't be the problem, making it look like the chest would be the hard part I think.

hmm not sure, lol, but I don't think so, and if you did he would just fall backwards lol!

I love the mod. I found that if you flip the roof over like this, you can fit it nice and snug in there and don't need to trim off those tabs-

Thanks, and thanks for sharing the way you did the roof. I actually tried this first, but it kept pushing the wings on mine out of position, so I went with this way for more stability. Im glad it worked for you though, less work is always good! Did you use Tekkaman blade's mod for attaching the hood to the back of his legs or did you do it a different way?
Even though I left them off purposefully since his headlights are a key part of his robot chest, I might have to do this anyway so I don't lose them :lol  !

I cut a slot in the upper part of the leg that you can then peg the grey "arms" from the hood kibble into. Then you have a choice to rotate the back part of the foot up or not. I did it this way because I liked the way it sort of completed the circular structure of the rim and gave it a pretty nice look from all angles.

    P.S.
If you'd like,Gatchaman, I can remove my stuff from your thread and make a new one. I don't want to take away from what you've done here.

Maybe his spoiler part that goes underneath his feet in robot mode should be painted black.

On the inside side, so you don't have such black-white contrast, where it looks like it's not a part of his feet but like he's standing on something.

I think it would even make his feet visually a bit smaller.
