Wow!!! The Ark base looks awesome. Never thought to use expanding foam to make the mountainside. The Nemesis looks great too.

Not expanding foam. Blue insulation foam board from Lowes. Glued together with wood glue and formed using bread knife and various other knives and picks.

There is a guy on eBay who sells six for $43.00, pretty good deal.

^Thanks, I've already got the guy saved in my ebay account , just waiting for the money to pull the trigger on that . Best deal Ive found to date and I've done a BUNCH of looking around in the last year or two.
