Great job man, and I LOVE the way you are making drills a regular part of the Thugger kits. I'm so glad I shared that idea/comic pic with you!

Thanks guys! You're too kind :3

O no...I wouldn't say that. Without Hasbro we wouldn't be here doing this so I'm ever grateful for them for the opportunities. Besides, they are subject to market forces and I'm just doing my thing, so our capabilities are different.

I hope it'll be an awesome one!

Actually it was cheaper than I expected....oops! shh....

Hmm...the base coat kinda scraped away on the ball joints though. And I'm afraid to add more stuff like glue into the socket in case it adds to much pressure on it and it breaks. It still stands well enough for me so I'm glad.

I love you and your wallet! LOL

    Weeell possibly :)

I'd say they are definitely much better in terms of solidity and sheer fiddly-ness. The Thuggers are really too small to pose well with, and these Thugmeisters have a heft to them (especially the FUD one) that feels almost like a real toy.

    Cue comparison pic:

An Ironhide custom from Soundwave sounds nice :)
    He's a good scale too!

O no THANK YOU for suggesting it. It really made the sets have a real purpose to exist and now they are 10 times better. It's like, how did the red one ever exist without drills?

I wouldn't say the Thuggers are too small to pose. I can get some good stuff out of those lil guys.

Also thanks for the size comparison. I'm now brainstorming how to get a MTMTE Chromedome to go with him.

OH! Maybe you should make a head of him for FoC Sideswipe? <- Thinking out loud... via text...

I can't extoll your virtues highly enough, Fakebusker! Your work is always top notch. I still love my Prime Knockout accessories kit and with his blade all painted up, he's damn sexy thanks to you.

    You built a figure(s)?! Nice!

I know you made an add on for Transformers Prime Megatron (the Prime arm), but I sure wish you could have made an actual arm, but beggars can't be choosers, right?

Anyway, nice work, man. Nice work!

Can you make the MTMTE Rewind head available separately? I would be interested in the head sculpt alone, but I would want to add it to my Perfect Effect Rewinder body if possible...

    Thanks Stygian!

    Thanks Rocket!

    I. Just. Can't. Help. Myself...

Yeah, I explained the reasoning behind that on the other thread, but the biggest reason was cost. I don't mind a super accurate Prime arm for Megs though. That will be awesome..

Hi Squall, the head is on a 4mm ball. Do you know if that will fit the PE mold? You might have to do some work on it to make it fit.

I am so impressed with these, you must have been working day and night to get them out so quickly.

How much taller are they from the originals?

Hi Kalron, did you see the comparison shot on the previous page? I'll post it again:

Thugmeister is about as tall as Classics Nightstick, 2 inches tall at the head, or 2.5 inches at the gun barrels.

These look nice! Might have to finally make a shapeways purchase. Just wondering though, what's black strong flexible like? Might save me some painting on Rewind.

It's basically White Strong Flexible dyed black, which is to say it's pretty strong and hard and it's sturdy enough to be played with. The black dye is really deep looking so you can't see reflections or details on the model, but a little extra paint will solve it.

It is Strong Flexible though so the details will still look faded and grainy. Hope this helps!
