NEW PIC ADDED- showing her next to Universe Dinobot. I went ahead and measured her bot mode height and she is actually 4 inches tall. Another character redesign for fun here. Blackarachnia! Forgive my rough sculpting! This figure stands at only 4 inches in bot mode so sculpting the tiny head was tough, but this is just something I did for myself to stay busy (rough last couple of weeks with loss in family). Blackarachnia is just under scout/basic sized overall and was made from a terrible looking Transformer wannabe I found at Wal-Mart over a year ago. I shaved away a lot and totally resculpted the robot and spider head, bot torso and legs, and a few other little added details like the parts that look like shoulder pads in bot mode. Then I painted her with a mostly BW-S01-similar Blackarachnia color scheme and this is what I came out with. In the pics she looks like she has a monkey mouth because the lines that form the upper lip aren't very visible... Not that the face is way better looking up close or anything though.
She has a really booty bad ass SCRN ROFLMAO Really like his, mostly i hate beastformers, but this is really cool!
That spider mode is awesome. I was looking at it and my skin started crawling, I'd hate to find that on me haha. Great work!
Holy crap, man. If you made this bigger, you this easily refine it, and make her competent show accurate, I would absolutely ask you to build me one.
Sorry for your loss, bro. But that Blackarachnia is awsome! Some really great work. Beast mode looks scary as hell though.
I'm diggin' her bot mode. It looks pretty neat. For some reason, at least to me, it looks like she's perpetually giving people the finger though lol
Thanks for the comments! She is really small, but perfect size next to classics Dinobot and many other deluxe BW figures. I haven't seen the base figure in stores for a long time. Hah yeah, and I'd say having only one finger could be a problem but really she has 8 usable arms and claws in bot mode so I guess its ok.
I love this! I have this figure and would love that head! Shapeways get moving! As far as finding this anymore... id say the internet is your only hope as in I found it at a walmart over a year ago and that after searching every 'Mart in a 100mile radius. So good luck!
I'm liking this a lot. The small size works if you're looking at scale too. She was always one on the smaller bots in the show.

Hah, and I'd be lying to say that I didn't make sure the pics weren't too big because it would show my lack of sculpting skill more. She is a small bot, so I am happy with what I pulled off overall considering most of the robot mode and the spider head is sculpted. I doubt it'd be pretty up close though. I can do a lot with sculpt, but I'm sure no great sculptor. Added a new pic to OP.
