It really speaks Alpha Trion to me. Another good one I could suggest is the Last Autobot as this kitbash really says Ancient Transformer

that circle whole thing on his chest makes me think of one of the Decepticon Justice Division from the more than meets the eye comics, On the character that inner circle thing is drill whole and that character uses it to murder flywheels by pushing him into it in the comic
Huh, that bat mode is actually VERY clever, even if it wouldn't neccessarly work from many other angles. You do have a good eye!
