| I voted for Super_Megatron and all I got was this stupid user title. Join Date: Feb 2004 Posts: 3,246 Location: Calgary, AB, Canada Collection Count: 279 | Humble Bee Good day Radicons! Over on cybertron.ca we had a contest. This is part two of my two entries. The contest was simply this. Take a Bumblebee figure, and turn it into any other character, then take any other toy and turn it into Bumblebee. For this guy, since Wasp is basically a beast in a cars body, I did the exact reverse here, and did a little bit of a G1 and Beast Wars mixup. I hope you enjoy! Oh, and please excuse the glare in these photos, this paint is REALLY glossy, makes some parts look really odd O_o ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() For this buzzing bot, I took my Beast Wars Waspinator, trimmed the mandibles and fattened up the abdomen in an almost successful attempt at making him look less threatening. For the head I took clippers and dug out a somewhat Bumblebee shape from the normal robot head that already came with the Waspinator toy, then used some putty to build the head crest and nose bridge. Oh, and gave him a happier grin, cause Waspinators old head had a neutral, almost angry look to it. Part One: The Wasp Thanks for looking! I look forward to making more customs in the future! http://www.geocaching.com My WANT list. Follow me on Twitter! Check out my YouTube Channel! |

Television should be more informative. Television should be more intellectually stimulating. I'm going to start a movement for more socially aware tv programing!Just as soon i'm finished watching "THE BEACH CREATURE ANNOYS SANDRA DEE."

The default head sculpt is pretty darn BBish, and it would have worked with the early version of the story with G1 Prime and Megs raiding a DNA lab all Jusrassic Park style ![]() Great to see this deco come to life!! Beautiful work! ![]() My Custom Feedback Thread |
