I just noticed these were taken before I finished.. what the heck. I didn't take the finished pics.. well, I just added more detail and damage..

I really, really like this figure.. TFC did a great job, but man there is a lot to paint:)  This will be on display at AGES 3 AND UP. each bot was painted with a similar "uniform" as I noticed the arms share a lot of similar shapes on them.

Just some basic dirty damage paint work. If you don't have this set, try to get it.

I was talking to the 3&up guys at tfcon about how it sucked you couldn't get over to do the classes and they had mentioned you had done this guy. They are great guys and this is an incredible piece man.

Thanks man.. and yeah those guys are really cool. As far as the class, that sucked. Drove all the way from San Francisco just to get rejected at the border..

Nice work Dave, these are pretty sweet. I've got 2 out of 6 done right now, and I agree they are pretty kick ass figures. Very tight joints, and the swivel joints are different than most of Hasbro's stuff, but constructed pretty stout. If you haven't considered it, the "Rage" add-on set is also pretty slick.

Just nit-picking, but the dirt and rust detail don't have dimension or realistic application, though like you said these are unfinished pics.

Looks great for some "not finished pictures" Wish my work looked that good when it was done dude. I already really want these guys even though they are totally the wrong scale for my collection. I'm gonna get them anyways , they are just that great looking !

Great work, and I think you did a fine job on the dirt/rust detailing.

Bout time you posted up one of these guys man! Looks great for WIP pics but I'm looking forward to your finishing pics as I've seen crispier and more in depth paint work from you regarding the smaller intricate details and mud/filth effects :)

Awesome progress man, I know the final stage will be mind blowing!!
