G1 Greenlight! (now with clearer pics!) ^^^^ I decided it was high time "Green Female Autobot" AKA Greenlight recieved a toy of her own! As I feel there really aren't enough GREEN Transformers. robot mode alt mode action! "female autobots?! i thought you were extinct!" "extinct this!" I saw a few places I didn't paint when taking the pics, to be honest i bought and did this when Deluxes were still $12. I completely forgot about it until today when i was looking at my photobucket. i took all these today though. not that it matters. hope you enjoy! EDIT: ALL NEW PICS TAKEN WITH MY ANDRIOD, INSTEAD OF A DIGITAL CAMERA. GO FIGURE.
yeah i did use a camera but with poor lighting and 1 light source eh ... and getting in close enough so it would fill whole screen. i just wish i trusted myself enough to remove heat pins to have gotten in behind wheels better.
This mold is so good for the G1 femmes. Any plans to do the others? I'm hoping to alter a few of the altmodes for more variety. "Cybertronian Space Car Thing" leaves a lot of wiggle room for mods
i kinda want to save for a new camera now thanks! i actually thought Airachnid would make a good Lancer ... until i saw some reviews ... lol though maybe Prime Starscream for her.
while i was painting it, and looking at the figure i was kinda getting a tropical fruit feel from it and was afraid i wouldnt pull it off very well. so im glad people are digging it.
Blurry pics but the colors and distribution of them looks very cool! Even the way you recolored the weapon!
thanks! yeah the weapon repaint wasn't even a thought until i decided that an all black weapon might not look good with it. i posted pics elsewhere and im kinda disappointed that my camera was so blurry where as my phone might have taken better pics. im thinking of getting fakebusters upgrades for the arm blades.
Cool idea and good paint apps. And I wouldn't necessarily say it's the camera. Just hold it steady and don't forget to use macro function when taking close up shots (the little flower icon).
Oh hmmm I was looking something called a gorilla tripod that can sit on any surface. Maybe that's what I need. Since I know I shake a bit. Female crumplezone? Oh jeez .... Flower icon ... will look for it though this cam is like 5-6 years old not a touch screen.
next time you take pics dont worry bout being close just take a good pic the crop it in paint brush. looks great
