If any of you guys have seen my work before, you know I like a bit of wear and tear...a little nitty gritty and dirt. I did the new IDW look.. I also am a huge fan of the all red team look... and to top it off, the new NICK TMNT ARE FANTASTIC MOLDS!! I switched the belts for the DON and LEO molds.. I like that better. Total repaints with washes and dry brushing...and a gloss on the parts that needed it.

BTW, if you are a turtle fan, BUY THIS SET!!

ohh..and the weapons pretty much repel paint! prep them good!

    Thanks for checking them out.

Leo out of Don is throwing me off, because I keep looking for his staff. Probably because I've got mine sitting in front of me, and I know better. I love the paint and detail you did. These new molds kickass don't they?

These look great. The "serious" face looks a lot better for Leonardo than it did on Don.

Oh how I eagerly await these figures from BBTS...

Shame they won't be nearly as nice paint wise... heh.

    Flipping sweet!

Ralph would look good with the serious face too I think.

Pretty awesome set, only gripe about this mold is the feet, they look too big and blocky. Nice paint job! Why's Ralph bleeding lol? (cus hes the badass I assume?)

These are pretty fantastic! I haven't seen these new figures yet, but they look GREAT! Can't wait to get some for myself, though I guess they won't look this good out of the box now, will they? :D

The belt-swap you did with Leo and Don was essential. It gives Leo a proper, classic Mirage Comics look.

Also, weird... even after 25 years, this is the first time I ever really stopped to consider how strange it was that the Turtles had 3 fingers and only 2 toes. The new look makes sense, but looks odd at first.

Looks awesome. I have no interest in the new CG show but the figures do look good and you made them even better. I may get these and do the same. I also like the swap you did.

    I agree.The 3rd toe threw me off.

I love these. My only gripe are Don and Mikes heads.I see Don smiling and keep thinking its Mike. What the hell, make interchangable heads for them.

These guys even look more amazing painted up. Great job. Hate to say it, but the classic turtles don't have the instant charm that these modern guys do!

Any tips for putting a real chain on Mike's nunchucks? I was thinking of cutting off the plastic chain for a replacement real chain. But with the small surface area to work with im unsure how to go about attaching the real chain without splitting the handles.

Also, people do believe the hype. The $40 you spend on a playset of nick turtles is a very, very good investment.
