The ONLY gripe I had with RID Vehicon was his lack of real elbows. I decided to do something about it, so here it is! He can now have straight, not-sideways elbows that look a lot more natural/show accurate, and do not hinder the tightness of the joint or transformation whatsoever. Enjoy! As seen in the pic all I did was cut away the parts outlined in red with a dremel. |

The toy in its unmodified state just didn't look good to me at all. Looks more accurate to me anyway lol |

This mod makes him pretty much perfect! I had the same idea but was waiting to let someone do it first to see if it affected the sockets integrity. Thanks for doing it! Is it prone to popping out now or is it still pretty solid? Good job! The arm has bits on the outside that the toys offset mimics in profile, but if you look closely @ K's screen image, you can see that the show model's upper arm & forearm are actually in line with eachother & not offset as the toy is. It just has armor on the outside kind of like Batman's gauntlets, but everything is still lined up like a natural elbow. |
