W.I.P MP BombShell Masterpiece By Dawgstar

Very nice apart from one major flaw that applies to both bots.. they're missing legs!

All insects, including beetles, have six legs. As well as the front and back pairs they also have a middle pair.

Here's the middle pair showing clearly on the toy, the cartoon version, and the real life beetle:







It's a very easy problem to fix though, just add a third pair of legs onto the back of his arms. Without them he doesn't look like a beetle.

Hi all.

Here is my comp winner at the AA2012 kitbash comp.
I really could do with buying a camera so that you can see this better but sadly this is all i have.

I Used a 3.5" digital photo frame for the screen and 555 chips and a fancy PCB that has a 12v input and 12v,3v 5.2v, 7.5v out put. I used Luminous Powder in my cast for Kremzeek. I painted it with washed out purple then wiped black over the top and used different shades of UV paint here and there. The whole build was a last min thought and was put together in under 2 weeks

This Bombshell is an awsome figure. I really like the display base you have done. I love the attention to detail on it. They glowing paints, led and the image screen. Brilliant I must say.

I got Bomshell in the post the other day. Im looking forward to painting it. All credit to you for a fantastic Masterpiece figure. which looks great by my Masterpiece Kickback.

Do you think you will make more display bases for sale, or is this a one off?

Thanks a lot buddy I look forward to seeing next to it kickback. I bought some more parts to build another display and was looking at a more general display based on what I see in fall of cyberton. I have no idea when I will do it but should be soon. I was hoping to get a bit more feed back from members before I started it as on what people would like to see entered into it so I will wait and see what people put. I really enjoyed building it.
