Two things, I think if you reduced just the upper arm length, cut and reattached, it would solve the length, even though really, I think compared with a LOT of the other Prime figures (Wheeljack, Soundwave), long arms are NOT uncommon for the regular figures, so what if she has long arms, shes a freaking spider. Second, two ways to go for the panels. Either use modded RID Arcee's wings, or custom build from styrene. The latter actually would look smoother. Also, if FE Cliffjumpers are plentiful, you wouldn't happen to have a spare left leg? I have a FE Cliffy that's in dire need of a replacement leg courtesy of Hasbro's QC.
