As long as I can still facilitate some sort of transformation without compromising the robot mode, I'll have him transform. Ultimately, he turns into an alien city, so precisely what an updated version of this would look like is open to interpretation

Heck thrown in a Cybertron Metroplex junker in there with those supreme Starscreams, but man this is going to be cool looking.

I think some G1 Metroplex parts would be handy to integrate. Metro's G1 head is not terribly big (though definitely bigger than Cybertron Soundwave

). I think it would look great on this body, and still convey the appropriate proportions.

Ah, if only I had a Metroplex... though having said that, he was like the holy grail when I was a kid and I don't think I could bring myself to butcher one!
