I would call this a commission, as a buddy asked me to paint up a custom Sunstorm on the DOTM SC Deluxe, For a trade. I didnt know much about Sunstorm Going into it, except from playing ROTF 360, and pics online. I did a ton of research, loved some of the customs I seen with sculpted flames and bright oranges, Though I decided to go a more stock route, like something you might have seen in one of the movies. Made the decals, They worked out good. Made some custom "Sunstorm" Logos for the Vert Stabs like a real fighter jet, Its soppossed to be a sun with meteors in front..Pretty small, but turned out cool. I experimented with different lights and I got some different effects..I am by no means a camara guy. I noticed it in a lot of sunstorm pics, but in the end I couldnt put em on because the purple and oranges just did not look nice together, it was more my colors choices that didn't work together. 15 minute job to fix your blitzwing arms so they lock in how they should from the factory. | |

I love the custom insignia you made for Sunstorm there...that's a real unique, and nice touch you added, and modding the stock weapons like that?....perfect!!....WAY better than what comes with these deluxe Seekers. Paint work looks awesome man. The color choices are spot on IMO. I loving the finished product. I'm sure any Seeker Fan would love to have this dude in his collection. |
